Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours of receipt.

  Pack the Garment

  Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all Jugnu Lahore tags and labels still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our Lahore studio using a trackable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment and process your exchange or store credit within 5-7 business days.
